Hi I want to report on a recent rush of new sales made as a DIRECT result of the ESA ad featuring me! First off, I had a meeting today with the owner of Diamond G Contracting, and he is now a National Grange business auto and BOP ESA client, with a little over $2,000 in premiums, and he came to me/us SOLELY due to the TV ad! ... Also, the owner has already indicated an interest in referring me to some contracting firms he subs from, so I suspect this will lead to future opportunities too... ... I met with Daren today to start his new policy. I then asked him how he came to phone us in Camillus, and he says "Doug Randall gave me your office name." So I respond: "Who is this Doug Randall?" as I did not recognize the name. And he says, "Doug has seen your TV ad and wants to call you too!" So Daren phones Doug right there and has me stop over to see him right then and there. It turns out that Doug is a mid-sized dairy farmer with eleven or so rental dwellings and an account that should exceed $20,000 in premiums(!), and we have a tentative date in March to quote his entire farm and trucks and rental insurance account!
